Completely freeYou’re in.
Tuesday, September 29
5pm PT / 8pm ET
75 minutes — 60 live, plus 15 minutes of Q&A
Come with your own cycle in mind — your last couple of periods, roughly how long your cycles run, and whichever symptom has been bugging you the most.
We’re going to work through all three of those, live. And bring your questions, there’ll be a Q&A at the end.
Your confirmation email is on its way, with everything above in it.
In the meantime, this class is a taste of what I teach inside Cycle Mastery.

Inside the class
Learn what’s actually normal — We’ll start with your bleed - how heavy, how long, whether you spot before it starts - so you finally have a baseline to measure yours against.
Check your cycle length — Next, we’ll look at what a healthy cycle actually looks like, and what missing or irregular cycles are usually telling you.
Decode your symptoms — Then we’ll map your symptoms - your mood, your skin, your energy, your cramps - to where they fall in your cycle, so you leave knowing what your body has been trying to tell you all along.
